For those interested in our services, Scott Doyle Inc can provide an estimate, and consult on color, materials and techniques to be used on your project.
The best way to provide you with an accurate estimate, is with a first hand inspection.
Basic estimates can be provided if you email us photos. However, these estimates may be subject to change once your project is inspected first hand.
Transport & Storage
Pick up, delivery, and storage can be provided if needed. Fees may be applied, so let’s discuss this during your estimate.
Items not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of estimate or finished project will be subject to a $2 per day storage fee (each item).
There are times when additional fees may need to be applied. It doesn’t happen often, but there are some instances that can change the balance due from the original estimate. For example, when it comes to upholstered or woven furniture, unforeseen costs are common because of the covering material. Sometimes it’s best to provide the estimate after the covering material is pulled back or removed. Other instances that can change the balance due are:
- Production of sample boards for your project.
- Pick up or delivery that was not agreed upon during the estimate.
- Changes made by the client after an estimate was given.
- Storage fees – as stated above.
- Unpaid balance fees – as stated below.
Accepted payment methods are cash or check.
Upon agreement of estimate a 50% deposit will be required before work begins. Balance will be due upon completion of your project. Unpaid balances will be subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge.
