In short, it’s best to discuss all the details of your project during the estimate.
Estimates are provided for each project, and will need approval along with a deposit before work will begin. The best way to provide an accurate estimate is with a first hand inspection. Basic estimates can be provided if you want to email photos. However these may be subject to change after inspection.
Pick up and delivery can be provided if needed. This will be figured into the cost of your project. Services that require long distance travel or 2 men, may be additional.
Storage is limited and your prompt response to completed projects is appreciated. Items not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of estimate or finished project will be subject to a $2 per day storage fee for each item.
Payment methods accepted are cash, check, bank transfer, Venmo, and credit card. Upon agreement of estimate, a 50% deposit will be required before work begins. Balance will be due upon completion of work. Unpaid balances will be subject to an additional 1.5% charge each month.
Sales tax is additional.
